Have you updated your profile on the website? Please make sure all of your info is up to date, e-mail address, phone number, home address, agency/division/department, location/duty station, rank, agency start. It is important for us to have updated info for your legal coverage and to ensure we have you in the correct collective bargaining unit. Just log in to the website using the account drop-down on the main page and once logged in select member profile.
