As the state of Nevada is experiencing record high turnover rates, record high vacancy rates, record high pay disparity, and ever increasing PERS, insurance, and uniform costs for Nevada’s state troopers, game wardens, rangers and officers, the Nevada Police Union is dedicated to improving the working conditions of these people who serve the State of Nevada and to ensure that Nevada communities receive the highest level of service.

The Nevada Police Union is committed to improving the lives of our members through representation, advocacy, advancing legislation and policies that improve policing. To keep Nevadan’s and visitors safe, we must prioritize public safety.

The Nevada Police Union’s mission is also to give back through charitable giving and provides a scholarship program as well as being involved with charities such as Toys for Tots, Boys and Girls Club and the Nevada Police Foundation.
